From Interstate 5 South, take the Lake Forest Drive exit and turn left (or from Interstate 5 North, take the Lake Forest Drive exit and turn right), onto Lake Forest Drive to the light at Aspan and turn left. Follow Aspan around as it curves and look for Lambert Street on the left and turn left into complex. South Coast Midwifery & Wholistic Family Care is on the right side (second building) with white lettering on the window.
